Philosophy - my nature of instruction

Primary aim of my instruction to create independence in thinking for each student and reduce his/ her dependency on me. I stop being the answer or provider of solutions.

Goal of my instruction is to generate curiosity by infusing in them the germ of confusion. I specialize in design of courses wherein the instructor plans and crafts an experience to improve the ability of every individual student towards rationalizing his design decisions. This is achieved by a learning method in which the instructor creates hypothetical scenarios, to accommodate the challenges of the real world by bringing them into a class-room environment. All the courses adopt learning by doing approach, followed by group discussion, debate and critique to fuse into an interactive group learning experience. This experience allied with one’s ability to analyze failures through repeated iterations brings clarity of thought in acts of design.

To sum it up, I hand-hold students in their journey of learning communication design by unsettling and settling them along their paths of discovery.
